First of all, thanks for buying! There are a few possible reasons for qwerted not working on your device, please check the following
If you have done all of the above, chances are, you are just experiencing a bug, or worse, your device is not supporting custom input methods ( there's currently some trouble on the HTC Hero, e.g. ) In case you think there is a bug, please notify me using email
First of all, buy it. For that, go to the android market, search for qwerted and do the rest as usual. Note: Countries with no paid market will get a free version in the next days.
Navigate to Settings -> Locale and Text and activate qwerted. You are informed that an input method can log all your data. Be sure it doesn't. Afterwards, go to qwerted settings and download a dictionary. Note: This might take some time depending on your connection. You will be notified when it's finished.
Activate qwerted as the input method in use by long-tapping any input field ( e.g. the search bar in your home screen ) and choose input method from the menu. You should then be able to select qwerted. Once you've done this. Everything should work just fine.
This feature is called punch-through recommendations. The idea is that when a dictionary indicates that e.g. a K is more likely to be typed than k, the better is shown. At the moment, there is no way of turning this off, but it will be fixed soon.
I am aware of this, and the reason is simple: qwerted aims to preserve resources by not drawing too much. Because redrawing occurs very often, fancy buttons would break this policy.
In case it does show, yet not predict anything, you should check if you've downloaded a dictionary. Go to qwerted Settings and download a dictionary. Note: more dictionaries for other languages are to come soon. If you have a special language request, please contact me
